moving tank

hi this sunday I,m going to move my 75 gal reef tank to a 120 gal I plan on doing it all in one day I want the 120 gal to be in the spot were my 75gal is now any input do you think the tank will cycle again I,m going to use as much water as I can from my 75 gal and my sand too if I add more sand I will get new bags to add

Mix up a batch of water that will fill your bath tub. Put as mush of everything you can in there, and the rest in 5g buckets filled with tank water. I'd recommend rinsing out the substrate as the crud in this is the culprit that would likely start a mini cycle.
