I don't see any significant chemical or biological reason to prefer moving either corals or fish first. Do whatever works best logistically, IMO.

Fish are far higher bioload than photosynthetic organisms. So if you are worried about the nitrogen cycle, move fish over time.
Thanks a lot been worried about it, think IL do the corals first what is microbacter7 and does work at all?

MB7 is a bacteria in a bottle product. It seems to help, at least temporarily, in some tanks.

I got another question, my tank parameters are
NO2 (4ppm)Dark pink Sakifert
NO3(+100)Dark pink salifert
PO4 is at (1ppm)
should i wait till everything cycles and lowers or should i add GFO right now and try to avoid a algea bloom

My bit of advice is to give yourself more time than you think you'll need, it always takes longer than you think. I moved my reef from Phoenix, AZ to Denver, CO. Like everyone has said, just have a plan and stick to it and don't rush yourself. For me it was basically a new tank setup. I used Microbacter 7 but I also used Dr. Tim's One and Only and dosed Ammonia to 2ppm. I monitored the cycle and my tank parameters are looking great. Good luck, you'll be fine.
