Have you had luck doing this to replace bearing ?
My issue ended up being the wetside.

They always wanted me to test the dry side by powering it on without the wetside and listen for the noise I had. I’m assuming just to narrow things down.
I would email them with your issue and see if they would replace a bearing vs buying a new dry side.
There are YouTube videos out there of people replacing the bearings

MP10 dry side started to make noise after it fell off the tank and I emailed ETM to see fi they what the cost would be to repair it, and they said that they would not repair, but replace the motor.

Do you have number I can contact them

The front or small bearing is 15x6x5 mm
The rear bearing or big bearing is 19x6x6 mm
(od x id x w)

They are both pressed to lock, not easy to remove. The rear bearing is very close to the magnet cylinder like 1mm space between them.
Did you end up buying the bearing for your pump? Where did you get it?

I have an MP10 QD that has some humming noises from the dry side as well. It make the wets side rattle a little but wet side appeared solid when I opened it up. I'm looking to open it up and check the bearing but want to make sure I buy the right replacement.

Thank you
