I have an older MP10 wES (out of warranty) that stopped changing modes or speeds. If I hold the Mode button down, it does go into feed mode and if I hold longer, it does power off, so the button does work. I am also able to hard reset it, so all the buttons do work. However, I am unable to change modes and I am unable to change speeds. When I press the Mode button, it just stays at the constant green mode and when I rotate the dial, it doesn't do anything. Any suggestions? I've already hard reset it a few times.

Did it somehow accidentally get put into slave mode? What hard reset procedure did you do?

Clear Driver Memory - The internal memory of
each unit must be cleared before setting up a
group. Hold MODE and SET together until the
control dial blinks red/white/blue. Then hold MODE
until the dial blinks red/purple. Then hold SET until
the pump resets.

That is the hard reset procedure I performed (several times).

Hmm, only other thing I can think of is, do you have a battery backup connected to your pump? If so if you remove it does the pump return to normal?
