MP40w firmware upgrade

I'm not sure if I know what I am doing or understand how it works, but I bought a used MP40w Gen2 and I was following the directions for firmware upgrade.

The lights seem to be stuck, toggling between red and yellow. Can somebody please tell me what to do. I 'm not sure if I should unplug it or what?

You can unplug it and start over. Its fairly easy to do but I forget the exact steps.
