MP40WES Driver

Im selling a Vortech MP40WES driver with a manufacture date May, 2013. The
driver powers up but it almost instanly goes into blinking red/green. I dont
know whats wrong with it but I already bought a new one. I guess it may be
good for parts. Looking for $60 shipped.
