It's like 7 yrs old has a little tape on the cord but runs like a champ lol. It runs in a sump that has rock, balanthophylia and dendrophylia in it. I might be incorrect on that spelling

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
