New here, but not to the hobby. Ordered one of Mr. Corals advertised acan frag packs, and along with many others, was disapointed. 2 to 3 heads w/ perhaps partial heads was what was advertised. What I received was no more than 1 head per frag, and one of the frags didn't even have 1 full head- just a few parts of heads. .not even certain if there is a mouth to that one. I gave him ample oppurtunity to make things right, but in the end all he offered was a "freebie" frag thrown in on another order I would have to make. Sorry, but many places throw those in just because they appreciate the business. I won't be ordering from there again.:sure:

As we posted in the sale post there could be half heads. Did you not see this? I saw the pics of your frags and they look very nice. Sorry you were not happy and as I stated I would take care of you on the next one.

Again, I offer to give you a call to try to explain this.

Thanks

Mr. Coral is attempting to SMOOTH THINGS OVER W/ ME... I just lost my $100 rainbow acan that i ordered w/ my acan pack 3 and my acan pack 3 corals which seem to be doing good... w/ some confusion on "head" counts, but i am continuing to communicate w/ sonny and he has assured me that come thurs. "he will make it right"... i will give you an update then...!
