Great Info MR Salt! Thank you. I am in the process of updating my return pump I am going with a Vectra. In my opinion EcoTech Marine has the best customer support in this industry.

I disagree and have a story I'm probably going to share about how an m1 cost me $700 this weekend

I have been using a Vectra M1 for about 3 months now and I love it. I haven't had any issues with it. My last pump was an Ebay special, so the M1 is 1000% better, so quiet and love the controllability.

Thanks Mark. Confirms that I made a decent choice in selecting the Vectra L1 for my 300 DD. Running it on a manifold for about five months now and no problems. BTW....Enjoyed your presentation here in Atlanta for our reef club. Great Job!

Please share. I had an impeller break on mine. Also they changed the power supply from one with an aluminum heatsink to a cheap plastic one. Customer service is good though.
