We all have choices and we make decisions in the direction we go, the things we say and do.
What bothers me is we made the choice form him, without him being a part of the choice, without him being in conversation. How does this happen? We aren't trying to bait him here or bait any other future Cz'er . We want folks to be here for one reason, because they want to be here.

I feel communication is a great tool but can be a weapon if used incorrectly. Some of the communication would be considered aggressive and forward.

All people are great and unique and bring different aspects to the table until they are given a reason not to. I am sorry that Mucho has chosen not to be here. May we wish him success and fulfillment in his ventures.

The reason I say you are being harsh is simply this, in most of your posts you condemn the man for not doing something you think he should have done, yet have you ever asked him why he didnt do what you wanted him to do???
You condemn him for being condescending because of how he writes his posts, and yet when anyone feels the way you write your posts is harsh you dont agree. Maybe we do not know each other as well as we should.

Maybe we should do like our Mothers taught us and if you dont have anything nice to say dont say anything at all!!

That would alleviate alot of the problems and make the site more enjoyable to everyone.

I don't know what to say here I like Mucho, and if people have issues with each outher the best way to deal with it is VIA PMS, I agree with both of you guys but I do see/feel tension that I feel shouldn't be there.

Yes, Fourms are a place to spread your opinion but there is always a good way to do, for everyone and every situation?

FWIW, I am glad you posted on MR, you made your point very clear and well thought out.

I think the both of ya are good people to have on your respected opionion and maybe each person can understand that and not try to get in the middle of it?

So if you don't agree with someone or their points of view, you should just not post on a forum? How lame would that be? A forum full of single minded people who all agreed with them.

I don't think that's the answer at all. I think the answer is that if someone doesn't agree with you or your style, that doesn't mean they are attacking you. Just that they don't agree.

Sadly, many people on forums seem to think this. Parish the thought of people having different opinions on issues and on people in general. People need to realize disagreeing with someone is not a personal attack.

I am not by any means saying that you have to agree with everyone, I for one love a healthy debate "healthy" being the operative word. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but when it starts getting personal and off topic is when people get hurt feelings, angry feelings etc. We can debate without this
happening.

I think this was just a poor way to convince Mucho to come over to CZ, set up as if it's a popularity contest. Thought I'm sure that was not the true intention of this thread, I'm still not sure such a public masquerade was necessary. Was the outcome so unexpected? There might have been more mature ways for Mucho to assimiliate into our community here over on CZ. I would love to learn from Mucho Reef and I would love to see him be more active on this forum. Down to the core, this site was created on the topic he loves the most right? Why can't we forget all this "fish politic" issues and just get back to contributing more to the community? J, I think it's time to put aside your differences with Mucho. Especially if you care about this community that you built from scratch, we should always welcome another individual that shares the same passion for this part of the hobby...

Well for those of you that don't know, I had been talking to Mucho for a while. This was just kinda a joke thread to nudge him a little. Trust me I have a little more common sense than you may believe.

This was just me making the guy feel good that's it. It wasnt to see if he was popular, or to "convince" him to come to CZ.

I am putting this awful thread to bed!

If Coralnutz or Mucho wants me to open it up for them to speak, I will, but for now it's closed.
