Hey guys, thought I had dinos until I turned the light on.

This could be a simple ID, but I want to make sure its green hair algae for certain before doing any water changes because I read wc increase dino.

I have the green short and long hairy algae (which some looks brown but could be the LR color?), purple circles on some live rock, and then theres these white translucent blobs on the live rock that is not lighted. Curious what those are.

The algae did not start appearing rapidly until I increase my PAR on my light schedule.. I just now turned off whites, red and greens. (Due to zoas closing up, I increased PAR as it was too low).

Tank is a 125G, HOB seachem that has charcoal pad, multiple floss pads, some bio rocks, and blue floss. I just purchased a huge cope pod and phyto kit from steele, I feel like my biodiversity filtration is not there. Hoping that will help as well. Tank has only been running since the summer, two ecosystems into one big tank.

Also a bonus, is the last photo one of my cuc that molted? Weird looking lol. Solved! vermetid!

Are worms usually good to have or should I search for him?
The perception that worms pose a danger seems overdone. I think the biggest driver for these concerns is simply the human revulsion of strange looking things, especially if there shape is snake-like. Thinking of worms as free members of the clean crew is closer to the truth.
