Multiple Carpets/Same Tank

I've had two carpets in my tank for awhile, one greenish and one yellow. They occupied opposite sides of the tank. The yellow was hosting a mated pair of maroon clowns, the other was clownless. I awoke this morning to the two carpets side by side and the clowns now claim both carpets. Stupid question, there's no issue with carpets together is there?

There shouldnt be a problem. Ive had a bunch of different types of anemones touching but the rule of thumb is same species is fine.
