Also I was trying to finish up my canopy this afternoon but the wife wanted to go out to eat so that got put on hold this is the issue I was running into when putting on the doors. So I took my router and made a grove in the door so the henge would sit flush.

Got the glass all lined up squared off. Just waiting on my silicone. Wife helped out a lot I’m useing zip ties to keep the gap and going to injection silicone into the seams first I’m going to inject silicon in a couple spots around the tank let it dry for about 6h then remove the zip ties and finish off all the seams. The 6h should give the silicone enough time to start to harden and hold the glass in place but not let the silicone be smashed out by the weight of the glass, and remain the 1/8 gap.

Tank is sealed up I spaced the tape to far apart so I didn’t get clean straight lines but idk as long as it’s holding water. RTV103 is a 72h full cure time so that means tomorrow when I get off work I’ll get to water test the tank. The question is should I use just reg water from the hose or go ahead with my RODI water...

Ok I have a question for y’all on my placement of my 2 mp40s and mp60. My 2 mo40 (you can see from the picture) are about 80% up the side of the rock work. Should I move them down to clear more debris off the bottom and flow under the rock-work or stay. And my mp60 is about 1” above the highest point of my rocks on the far side of the tank, about 16” from the bottom mid way up the glass. Higher or keep for now. Remember I’m going for a sps tank.
