There's also the automatic refill water change that is installed in the garage.

In conclusion I will advised everyone to take your time and read as much as you can.

I have lost some of the coral BUT I knew that changing my existing set up was necessary and by doing so the SPS will be the ones affected by it my LPS are doing ok for now but it's only been 2 weeks ago. I will be doing weekly water Changes for the next month and stabilize the parameters before any new coral is introduced.

Thank you to all my god friends that he'll me on ya past 8 month to make this possible.

My wife, my kids, El porko (Josh), Eric,Richard, Ryan, Roggers, Eddie, Marvin, Matt, Marke and all other people that let Inside there house to take notes.

Now to get this baby full.

Nice job Rick. That 55 gal drum is your ATO reservoir? Or how you do water changes?

Nice job Rick. That 55 gal drum is your ATO reservoir? Or how you do water changes?

Marvin, the drum is my RO/DI reservoir. When I'm ready to mix I add salt to it and I have a blue line pump piped on the bottom as a mixer (one valve control the flow to the pump and the other control the flow going back to the drum at the bottom) there us a 3/4" elbow pointing to the drum walls so the salt won't sit on the bottom of the drum.

Once the salt is mix and at the perfect tempature I open a valve on top of the blue line and it send the new mix back to the tank. The power for the pump is connected to the apex so I only have to hit the apex on and turn a valve on and bingo water change is less than 10 minutes once the water is mix.

Everything is going thru the close loop pipe so no flow us interrupted.

Nice setup! Looks great, full if great ideas.
Drilling glass is nerve racking!

I know drilling that glass was never racking even way before I purchase the drill bits.. I called a glass company before so I knew how much it will be to replace the glass..
