O.K I have been working on this tank for about 8 months now, I upgraded from a 125 and put this 300 in the basement which was being finished but things happened and it got put off but now its coming along great. The room is all finished and just needs the carpet and a couple of closet doors, to be done. I will post some more pics when its finished to show the fish room and propagation area etc. With all the work going on around the tank I have fell behind on my maintenance so don't mind the algae etc. It will be cleaned up nice before the next pics

These are not the best pics as its just a point and shoot and i am no pro but you get the idea.
Thanks
Nick

Nice thats a gorgeous tank bro! Very nice!!

Thanks, I have a bunch of corals in the back room in my prop tank that I need to mount in front and it will be much better, I just havent had time to do it lately, now that the room is almost done and the wife and kids can come down with me I can get it done, I have some algae I need to get taken care of too......As you can probably see.:pudency: I'll get some better pics soon.

Thanks, I'll show some pics of the rest soon, The fish room is full of stuff I nedded to get out of the way for the carpet install, as soon as its done I will show you all the rest.

Looking very nice Nick. I should head down your way to check it out sometime.

Looks awesome Nick. how long has it been set up? Is it hard to keep the glass clean or can you reach the front of the glass from the back. Great looking set up. Looking forward to seeing more.

Theres an access door in the front and I can get in the top from the side under the stairs and from the back so its not bad yet. If it gets tough, I will add 2 more access doors to the top up front. Its been set up for about 6 to 7 months now but was a 125 before that.

Looks fantastic! Keep up the great work.

Nice build Nick. I did the same build a year ago and it is now growing in. I'd love to see how you built everything for it. What are the dims on the tank? Mine is 96LX24WX30D.

love it. i hate the fact that my in-wall loses depth perception due to water magnification and not being able to see the ends of the tank. yours avoids that issue. love it!

The dimensions are 72LX36WX27D Its a Marineland 300 Deep Dimmension Starfire just like the one Vic has from WWC I will try and put a build thread up if I took enough pics,

Thanks, I still lost about 6 inches to hide the side overflows. Otherwise it would have had a 3 foot side viewing panel, but its still has a 30 inch view from the side. That I love. Its great seeing the 6 feet of depth when viewing from that side.

Thanks Cuong. I am gonna try and fill it in with all your sick chalices........
