It looks Isopod or Chiton to me kind of. Looks like it has hinges along it's back.

Results came back on mixing tank. No copper or zinc. Kinda high silicon, but I can live with that. Water changes started.

19 years of marriage today. Hopefully my daughters won't let the tank crash while we're gone

An experiment, in the vein of @PaulB. I'm hoping algae will grow on the burlap. I have quite a lot of it. When it gets clotted with algae I can bury it in my garden and add new burlap

These are Chemipure Elite. I plan to change 1 bag out on 6-25 and then change a bag every month. That way once the schedule is started each bad will be changed every 4 months.

I had the idea for this while reading a @PaulB post. He described something similar that used window screen or something like that

This was my original 13 gallon tank when it was brand new. I was taking advice from the LFS owner. He thought that white spotted hermit was reef safe - NOT! He also said the spotted mandarin would be fine if I target fed him. He did survive right up until I had my new 90 gallon setup cycled. Then he jumped out of the tank. Maybe he thought he would starve in there. I'm pretty sure a tiger conch did. Later I had a green mandarin in the 90 gallon who did well. I did have a small Algaebarn pod prescription, but it probably had more to do with the fact that I bought live rock from 2 different LFS's.

Same tank. At the time I was hoping someone on YouTube would know what this worm was. I didn't know about Reef2Reef then.
