Background :
After taking a break from reefing for 4 Years I got back into the hobby In January with Building my Mixed Reef which has already has its highs and lows. Had to battle against monti eating nudibranchs which really set me back with SPS as it destroyed a few of my montis. But other than that the tank has been really stable and cant really complain. Will try and update this thread regularly.

Tank :
45cm Cube with sump

Filteration :
  • Skimmer- Aqua medic power flotor M.3
  • Filter Sock
  • Rowaphos
  • Redsea Carbon
  • Refugium

Light :
  • Red Sea ReefLED 50
Additives:
  • Auto top off
  • Kamoer X1 Pro Doser

Flow :
  • Wavemaker- Maxspect Jump Gyre
  • Return Pump- Coral Box DCa4000

Cooling and Heating:
  • Heater- eheim 50W
  • Chiller- JBJ arctica ⅕

Livestock :

Corals :

  • 2 Torch Corals
  • 4 Hammer corals
  • 4 Gonipora varieties
  • Bernardpora
  • Acanthophyllia.
  • 10 Zoanthid varieties
  • 6 Acans varieties
  • Monti setosa
  • Birdsnest
  • Montidigitata
  • Stylophora
  • Mushroom
  • Leptoseris
  • Cyphastrea
Fish
  • 2 Clowns
  • Midas blenny
  • Bangaii cardinal

  • Blue tang (It will be passed onto friend once it outgrows the tank)

Maintenance :
● Water Changes - 20L a week (Red Sea Black salt)
● Top-ups - Automated
● Dosing - Dose all for reef. Occasionsly add Redsea Ca and Aquaforest Manganese and Nitrates
● Feeding - Twice a day for fish , twice a week for coral
● Water Testing - Weekly

Parameters (Current) :
Salinity - 1.025 s.g
Nitrates - 0-2.5
● Phosphates - 0.10
● PH - 8.0-8.1
● Alkalinity - 9.5
● Calcium- 410ppm
● Magnesium- 9.5
