This is my first saltwater aquarium. My Dad kept freshwater fish throughout my whole childhood, but I have never kept fish myself.
I dove into the hobby deep and have been learning a tremendous amount leading up to this. The last couple months have involved hundreds of hours researching everything I could think of in this hobby. Let’s just say I’m excited to get into it! My tank is currently cycling and I’m working on prepping the QT tank.
Major milestones thus far have included tank selection and assembly, aquascaping, saltwater mixing station, & the initial fill and leak tests, which passed!
Next big task is organizing what livestock I want to keep and which to start out with. Coral will follow later. See some pics below!
