My 90 Gallon Oceanic Tech Tank

Holy frags Batman!

Haha! yea thats only half of them. In 3 weeks expect photos of over 150 pieces!

Awesome frags, Polandspring! Looks great! Love the clean setup.

Thanks! I really try to strive to have the "clean & professional" look to my frag / DT tank. Its hard to show through my pictures but the tank is actually cleaner looking in person. its also been difficult to keep it spotless while I've been away at college (I only come home at most 1 time every month)

incredible frag tank you have POLAND keep up the great work your doing.... see you soon

Small update.. trying my best with photos for now until my friend comes and takes them for me in about 2 weeks.

Some of the favia's lightened up a little because when i left for college i left my lights a little too low and didn't return for another 4 weeks so once i got back i was able to adjust it. This is just one of the hardships from caring for a tank while being away at college. But so far i think im doing well.

That's what that silly named favia grows into?! Man I was misleaded by the small frag. It's an amazing favia!

I always get very jealous when I see this thread as I'm also a college student.

Would you mind posting another Pandemonium pic? I can't find many pics of them. :(

Oh wow, I've seen your thread also, I didn't know you were a college student either! Its difficult to buy those expensive pieces while having no income besides fragging, right? It took me about 2 years to get the place I want to be with my 'Coral list' after a lot of fragging and reselling. Finally, I can wait till my colonies growout now before I even consider fragging anything.

My pandemoniums actually grew into a nice colony and I got about 13-14 of them now, so once I go home for thanksgiving, I'll take a nice colony shot of them for you. They definitely have unique pattern and super bright, but I just wish they were a little bigger. They are about the size of a rasta and I like it when zoa's are the size of space monsters or utter chaos.

Great setup and love the favia shots, I'm a huge favia fan and collector. I don't know how you do it being away at college, I freak out when I'm gone for more than 2-3 days from my tank.

You hit it home man. I remember starting out with some simple pink golds and devil armors and slowly moved my way up collecting the better morphs. It's always a little heart breaking when you buy a piece only to know that you have to frag it to make up for the cost. I still have to do that sometimes!

Can't wait until my display frags grow out as big as yours. I'm a bit weary to try bloodshots but your pics make them look like they're easy to keep. Pandemoniums are rasta sized? That's the opposite of what I was hoping for, thought they were scarface/maul sized at least. I'm suprised at how fast they grew for you!

Hhaha, thats exactly how I started. I even had to start with a used tank with $1000 that I saved up throughout the years when I was a young kid. My dad said he would help a little here and there, but its my hobby so its my money. Summers jobs are amazing, thats when I get to buy a lot.

They seem like they can get a little bigger, but I keep high light in my frag tank (where i keep most of my zoa's including my pandamoniums) and the high light makes zoa's shrink a little. I also have sps in it so I have to balance the light amount. My friend who has never changed his bulbs in his zoa frag tank has polyps the size of a nickel and once i put it under my light they shrink up after a few days.
