Unfortunately it ate all the sponge that had grown, and I wanted the diversity so I took it back to the shop.

The addition of the anemone has meant I had to sell a couple of SPS colonies. I also had to remove half of the pink paly's and the ricordea as the became a pest.

My most recent ICP test revealed calcium of 560 due to a faulty salifert test kit, actually my fault as I should have replaced it. It caused my purpur monster colony to strip A little at the tips. Luckily I caught it before meltdown. The high calcium also slowed growth to a stop for a month or so. I got complacent.

I am experimenting with no skimmer at present.

Update time, new calcium reactor as two pare from fauna Marin was expensive. I have a tunze 3171 and so far it's awesome. I have a thread on it in the Tunze forum.
I have traded a number of fish as my tank became too frantic, namely the pbt and the stocky anthias which are crazy fish.
I now have a kole tang, a sailfin tang, a gold flake angel, a foxface, and a pair of target mandarins.

Here are some pics that are unaltered from my phone.
