My anemone not doing so well

I have a bubble tip rose anemone, it was doing great for the first 2 months , now it won’t stop moving and it won’t open anymore , it seems like it’s dying on me anything I can do to rescue it ?
my tank is 5 months old is on its ugly stage , water and salt level are stable

yes brim shrimp with reef roids ...didn’t feed last week

A water change is always my first line of defense in a situation like this. You mentioned that your tank is going through an "ugly" phase. Maybe some of your parameters are a bit off?
