So, I've made another couple of YouTube tank updates if anyone's interested..

I have no pictures from this ones, and I tried uploading a couple of video clips, but I just got error messages, so...

Thanks for the warm welcome! Seems like a great forum this! :)

Anyways, introducing my 180L (47 gallon) Juwel glass tank. Have no sump, so it looks a bit of a mess. It's been up and running for about 1,5 years now. My first ever saltwater tank, and my first tank at all for about 25 years... It's a coldwater tank exclusively filled with creatures from my own area (Hitra, Norway) that I've caught and picked myself. (I work as a crabfisherman, so I get a lot of interesting stuff in my traps during the season.) Here's a picture of the tank from a while ago.

I ran the thing without a chiller for a long time, and that worked fine enough for the most part, but got a TECO TK 500 chiller eventually that I'm very happy with. Now able to keep the temperature at 15-16C (59-61F), which is good enough.

Made a short video a while ago about the setup that you can see here:

Also made some videos of some of the inhabitants if you're interested in seeing that. They're posted below. :)

Think I'll keep it relatively short here.. If there's any questions, I'm happy to reply. :)

There's been a lot of stuff in (and out) of the tank since I first started it, so I'll finish up with a few (lot) of pictures.

Haven't updated for a while here, but I've made a bunch of videos on YouTube since the last update here..

Latest video is of my spawning long-legged spider crab. God some cool footage from that one! :)

I've also started a new crab/crustacean/invertebrate tank in my basement which I'm trying to run without a chiller. Hoping that will work, as the chiller is the big challenge with these tanks. If it works, I have a few other tanks planned that I will start in the basement. We'll see how it goes.

Here's a little video from that tank:

Anyways, hope you'll enjoy the videos! :)

Made another video from my main tank.

Focusing on some creatures with lots of personality in "Tabitha Crabston", the scorpion spider crab, my beautiful juvenile ballan wrasse and a little hermit (and more..).

Here's a few short clips from the video:

Full video here:

Also made a video showing some of the creatures I got in my crab traps one day. Cool decorator crabs, sea hares and a Norwegian topknot, among others.

Hope you'll enjoy the videos! :)
