My fingers are too fat foe the Orphek Icon app

Please tell me there’s a better way… I need to hit these tiny dots to make an adjustment. Of course I try to move 2% and it slides to 15%. Start over. Rinse. Repeat. Is there a web based app I can do this on my laptop??

Doesn’t work too well… I’m hoping the app is downloadable onto a computer. Or even if an iPad translates the programming into a bigger display.
