I figured its my first acan, so I might as well get a decent sized colony.

Nice! That is a pretty big colony. Great to see an acan that hasn't been chopped into one polyp frags. :)

very nice...is there a hint of green in there or am I seeing things?

If you are referring to the first one...yes there is a hint of green. Unfortunately it comes and goes. I'm not sure if I should bring it higher in the light or lower to get the green to be more distinct. I tried swapping out my T5s to shift the color spectrum. So far no change.

Acans are the most addicting for me. I'm up to 8 colonies, with only 1 of those for sale.... , A. rotundoflora, A. brevis, A. echinata, A. bowerbanki, A. hillae, and A. lordhowensis for species.

Here are the Acan lords. A huge 50+ head all purple colony, a ~7 head red and white colony, and the 10+ head colony I have for sale in the classifieds.
