'Tis 7am and I'm sitting watching tv while EAGERLY awaiting my first ever purchase of "Brand Name Coral". At one time I swore I'd never purchase any of these designer corals, but I kept seeing photos of his pieces that were just insane. Almost anytime one caught my eye it was almost always a Cornbred piece. Yesterday I bit the bullet. I even emailed him at 3am asking questions and he responded almost immediately. This totally sold me. I heard back again later with news that a frag I'd ordered couldn't be located. They replaced it with a much nicer piece of the same chalice with a couple eyes vs one.
This will be only the second chalice I've ever bought and the only single paly polyp. I pray I don't murder these. Any advice greatly appreciated!
Here are the four pieces I'm waiting for.

That 24k is awesome. I am curious to see what it looks like in a tank setting. Please post more pictures when you receive them. Very nice pieces

Thanks!! I def will. I went into this with realistic expectations. We all know how blue light plays a role in coral images/appearances. It's not hard to mentally reverse engineer a photo and to know how it will look in our own tanks.
I'll most def post photos upon arrival so we can all see how they look upon arrival and then after a few days [emoji4]

Ps. My lighting consists of a Kessil A360 and a 250w metal halide. I'll photo under blue channels and then under halide and Kessil.

Well my coral arrived! They do a brilliant job packing!!! I have the pieces drip acclimating now very slowly. As you can see, they had almost no color upon opening the bags, but in only an hour they've begun to show that they are even better than I'd hoped!! He even gave me two free frags!!! I'll most certainly be a return customer! I'll post more picks once in display tank.
These photos taken with an iPhone and it's flash. Imagine under actinic.

Final photos showing how they look after their first night. I'll update this thread in a month to see how My Cornbred coral has fared.
Cornbred Coral, without doubt, has found their way to the top of my favorite places to order from list. Fast, Professional, Generous, and a jaw dropping always evolving inventory makes it my go-to site for high end frags!
Thank you to Cornbread!!!!

Very nice coral!

Awesome colors!

Thanks!! I'm hugely relieved after spending that much. I'd read angry posts from others saying their photos were bogus and photoshopped, but had to try myself. I can only think these complainers don't understand how blue light effects coral images. I knew what to expect and I wasn't at all disappointed. Do people expect these frags to look like to photos they see while under the light of day?

The frags continue to improve. Took this image this morning. These blue bonsai acro pieces are just beautiful and especially so at close range!
