Iodine low, sulfur high chlorine seems shocking but they didn’t highlight red and it compares to leave in figi and Hawaii.
Thought? I have never done this before

Ok so somehow over shot nitrate sitting at 80ppm, ammonia normal I’m not sure if I should add microbacter7 or do a small water change. But excited progress is finally showing

That will call for a water change. That's the quickest way to bring them down.

That's great news.

Phosphate is at .25 as well. I’m pulling 15 gallons out at the moment that should get it down some then will retest tonight and perhaps do another change Wednesday. Corals and fish seem happy so I don’t think it’s a big deal but I will do the Chang slowly just in case. Getting an abundance of Turf algae yay

It's amazing, after dealing with dino, that microalgea is so exciting.

@Chilli https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/dinoflagellates-–-are-you-tired-of-battling-altogether.293318/ read first post of this thread. It also has links to id of species of dino. It should help a lot. It's beatable. I beat them and so is @fishyfishyfishy with out using chemicals.

Thanks! i sit it out. I had some issues with corals and played to much on my light i think this ist the reason for the brown beauytis. An ICP goes on Monday out. Is really
depressing to watch in so an aquarium. But our Hobby. stay hard :D

Your reef tank never got it's storm/export cleaning when the invasion began. Look at how Paul, with the longest living tank here, must act on pore-clogging detritus, at least annually, with his big diatomaceous earth vacuum filter. It's time to take your tank apart, make it cloudless (where shaking rocks or picking up sand in the tank makes no cloud) + put it back together without losing anything.

The type of primary invaders that capitalize on the pent up cloudy waste stores in the rock, on the sand, range tank to tank. All fed by the same substance.

Your tanks challenge is not chemical nor does ID matter in beating that invader. Clean it, save it, then stock it with fancy pods from algen as preventative

Im also fighting since one week with this beautyful stuff cyanos and dinos ;Sour

The monster looks like an amphipod and always thought those and copepods were great reef food. Good luck with the fight and happy to have you here. It’s been a long and tedious journey for me but it can be done.

Nitrate back at zero I have been dosing 30ml every other day exactly what I did before the spike but seems it bottomed out. I wonder why it’s so difficult to get this back up. Tank looks horrible lol I’m not giving up though some cyano is back still have the dino and the bryopsis along with gha what a mess but it is what it is.I want to do a water change so bad but I know I shouldn’t. All my critters still seem happy and healthy

So you have a lot of macro algea going on that's a good thing. At this point do a water change and see what happens. Does dino look worse or better.

I can’t seem to get it back up I think it may have been a false reading I’m not sure though. Instead of doing a water change I’m about to make the hour drive to buy more fish I think that by boosting the waste will help though I’m not sure. I will also be getting a new test kit likely a salifert
