my first reef tank

Hello everyone thought ill share my progress. This is my first attempt at salt water and reefing and so far I am loving it. Tank is a 60g tall with a 20g sump led lights (saving for the radions). I want to go bigger now lol just waiting for the wife to give the ok lol.
When it was first set up on Aug 10 2013

after it cycled played with the lighting a bit added a cuc and my first coral a frogspawn and some zoa

over time Ive added an acan, favia, toad stool, chalice, som more zoa and a few others that I cant remember the name to. some fish too.

and now


went from 2 heads to 4








poor little guy was getting picked on but I think all is good now

and now after 5 months sorry its phone pic I don't have a tank pic taken from my camera on my computer yet

I am now starting to like sps and am getting into that crave. I love this hobby.

Acans and Hammers are my favorite corals, next to SPS, and they seem to be loving your tank! Keep on growin them, and good luck persuading the misses to allow expansion! It's a neverending battle. :D
