Going to make a suggestion that you upgrade the light, the stock light isn't all too powerful, yes you can grow some softies etc with it, but with a better light they will grow faster, look better, and you will be able to grow alot more and nano tank lights aren't all too expensive. I would suggest an ai prime HD, but you could probably find something else for cheaper im just an ai fan :D

So what filter media is everyone using in their Fluval Evo tanks?

I have an InTank in my chamber 2 with chemi pure elite, Rox 0.8 carbon, bio max and filter floss.. is this too much filtration?

A quick update, I have ordered a number corals for my tank. Delivery next Friday.

I have also ordered a new light - Fluval Sea marine nano with Bluetooth.. looks quite good for the price and I will be making a new lid/hood. A few things I will be reporting on in the coming weeks.

Update:

I have purchased the new Fluval Marine Nano light for my tank and a jump guard. Really like the light and it wasn’t that expensive.

I’ve got to make the lid a bit better with some acrylic but that shouldn’t be a problem. Just waiting for my coral delivery on Friday!!
