This is my first build thread. I am going to attemp an aio frag tank that I aquifer from R2R. Tank is 16"x16"x6". Plan build a custom taller than normal stand with a back behind the tank that will support a "floating" canopy.

I am not 100% fimiliar with what to use in the back of the aio sections. Was thinking small skimmer in first chemipure in middle and return pump in the last section. Was also thinking about a small section to build a small egg crate box to house some drangons breath. Any thoughts or suggestions.
Will update with equipment as I get it.

Just go my frag rack in. Ordered from blue tide acrylics. Great packaging and shipping.
10"x15" black top red sides. 1"-3" slant. Holds 77 frags.

Side shot of the frag rack. Also got my light and skimmer. AI hydra 26 hd. Still trying to figure out the pump situation. Such a small area for a pump but drilled to fit a 1/2 bulkhead. Seems a little strange for an aio but I'll figure something out.

No. no sump. It's an all in one. Idea is to have it more for a holding tank for my coral when I buy new stuff to make sure I'm not putting bad stuff in my tank. The low volume of water does concern me a little though.

Alright almost there for equipment. Just got my light. I know it's a bit much but I got a AI hydra 26hd. It will be turned way down. Also picked up some chempure for the middle section of the return. And a tunze 3152 ato. Going to try and run my Reefoctopus biopellet reactor on it.
Stand will take a while so I plan to use my biocube stand on it for now.
Just need to figure out the return pump then will work on setting it up. Oh and I have some nano skimmer I forgot to post.

Would I run my kalk stirrer on this little guy?

Any updates on your tank? How stable are your parameters? I set up a 20L with a 26hd, and have started to really fill it with frags.
