My free 50 gallon tank

Ok so today i received a 50g tank, stand, and equipment for free. I guess this will be my build thread since my other tank was set up before I joined. So, give me all the equipment tips you have, my other tank is really nice but I want this one even better. Anyone know where I can get really good healthy live rock, what lights would y'all put on a50 long that don't cost an arm and a leg? Just everything
