My Ghl security key

I'm trying to setup my ghl Doser in myghl. The problem is the system will not accept my security key. It says the key is incorrect. I copied and pasted the key I'd number. So I know I have the number entered as it should be. So any ideas what the problem is? Thanks for your help.

I remember I need to switch from wifi to usb connection (or usb to wifi) in the GCC administrative, then I can successfully paste and verify the key into myghl without error. Maybe that's not the real solution but that was how I got it work yesterday.

Thanks for the reply. I'm still trying to work thru this now it's telling me the device is not connected to myghl when I try to do the verification codes for myghl cloud access. I have the Doser dosing by setting it up thru the usb. However I'm catching it with setting up for the cloud access.

Is the doser on LAN/WiFi ?
Can you access it through the network, by IP ?

I have tried both ways. It's working on wifi. I tried to use the Ghl control app. That works just fine, I can turn the pumps on manually thru that app. So I know the wifi is working.

Just an brief update. I'm finally able to use my Ghl Doser thanks to Vinny at tech support. He did a remote session with me. Which helped me to get setup with myghl. It turns out for some reason my computer was not retaining the needed information. So that it could reconize my Doser . However with Vinny 's help, I'm up and running. Ghl has great support, I would recommend there products to everyone. Thanks again Vinny.
