My Hermit Crabs are lethargic

Hi guys, I just wanted ask if you guys know of any reason why hermit crabs would all get lethargic at the same time? I have 6 in a 20 gallon tank, and the water parameters seems to be good, on of them was molting but all the others were supposed to be ok, but I the last day they all stay put. They are all alive, but just not moving. Any ideas why?

Are hermits affected the same as snails when magnesium is high?

Are they? I don’t know. I guess I’m just make a 50% water change.

Before you do that, have you been dozing anything or has anything else changed in the tank?
