Just wanted to share my little 20g Red Sea Max Nano.
I returned to the hobby after quite a busy few years of renting homes, changing jobs, getting married. My husband and I bought our first home together and I finally got the dream kitchen big enough for dining table and a reef! I’m hoping over the next few years I’ll be able to convince him that a bigger tank is a good idea, as we have plenty of room for something larger. The only worry I have currently is the soaring costs paying for gas and electric!

Stock List:

Cryptic Wrasse
Pair of Percula Clowns
Pair of Bangaii Cardinals
Strawberry Conch
3 Blue leg Hermits
Montipora Digitata
Elegance Coral
Various Zoas
Plating Montipora
Branching Hammer
Jade Star Polyps
Toadstools x 2
Lobophyllia
Circus Bounce Mushrooms x2
Rhodactis Mushrooms - Incidentally all my Mushrooms seem to hate my tank. They have been shrivelled up for weeks now!

Equipment:

AI Prime HD
Stock Skimmer
D-D Auto top off
Jebao 2 channel doser
1 Vortech Mp10
Dosing All for Reef 4 times daily.

I’m at the limit now with fish stocking, so now I’m focusing on filling the tank out with a few more frags, looking forward to seeing it all grow out! But currently battling flatworm, and siphoning most days to try and keep them at bay. I did add the wrasse in the hope she would help eat them but so far, she isn’t really even looking at them.

Dream kitchen, big table, and a reef tank - your husband is a good man! Christmas came early - good luck and welcome back to the hobby.
He is indeed a good man! Thanks everyone, hoping for some coral money for Christmas so I can fill out the gaps on the top of the rock work.

Everyone looking fat and happy tonight, after feeding reef roids and LPS pellets! I think the Red Sea Reef Energy is making a huge difference as well, Candy Canes are huge and bouncy now!

It’s been a while since I last updated! Just wanted to share a new full tank shot. The tank is on auto pilot now, I’m not really adding anything too it at all, just letting it grow out.

I have switched salt in the last couple of months to the Red Sea Blue bucket and have noticed massive growth in some of the coral.
