Oh no! That sump didn't show up?I mean even if I have to eat the cost of the sumps I ordered from the bogus site, plus the retail price of the sump I DID get ($450) we are still talking about 700 + 400 + 100x2 (bogus sumps) + 450 for actual sump I have. That is $1700 +100 for delivery of tank and stand.. that is $1800 out the door for my new system. Pretty fair price IMO. add in the $1100 for the 2 new Kessil lights and I dare say I am STILL below your bare bottom price.

Sorry to hear that but glad you got yourself one. I had an opportunity to buy a used one for $150 two days ago but I do want my wife to beat me, so I'm sticking with the one I got.NO!!!! And I still don't have a resolution to that. Glad you didn't spring for it too!! I ended up ordering a 4th gen AR300 from another source and it has been here for a couple weeks already.
No, the tank cost $700. the stand was $400 unfinished.Am I seeing this right? $98 for this tank????!?
Getting close! Mine's hopefully coming inside tomorrow or Saturday.
I did PVC with a ball valve and fittings.I was hoping to get the new tank wet this weekend. Not sure how realistic of a goal that is TBH. Sigh.
The dry time for the paint is like 4 or 5 hours to sand and recoat. Probably more snce I have to thin it with water instead of mineral spirits.
I am also considering how to plumb in the sump. I have the included soft ribbed tubing to do it now, but I am wondering if I want to go with hard plumbing (pvc pipes, ball valves, ect ect....)
