Chek your heaters man, one might be running higher then desired temp

My heaters are off. Been off for a few hours. . My pump is pretty warm to the touch. I am getting that is the culprut . Any ideas on either a in sump pump that runs pretty cool, or a external pump that wont break the bank?

Anymore thoughts on the Current Orbit Marine, I was looking at that too.
