I second this. You can also look up battle corals schedule they run for their SPS. He has it on his Instagram I believe. Might be too much if you're putting other stuff in there though.

coffee is brewing......Today hooking up the RODI to fill the 300, so I can do a water test before I add salt...
Going back to doing far right side of tank, maybe up to 2 feet wide with sand since we picked up a female leopard wrasse last saturday.

Since there will be two MP 40's on the far left side bottom of tank pushing water, we going to let the sand do its thing, kinda like a very little moving living edge,
