I looked around on the internet. The yellow flowers dont look like they are coming from the lilly leaves in your photo. If that is the case, possibly evening primrose base off the flowers and leaves.

Unless you were referring to the lilies that haven't flowered.

Some awful person about 3hrs North of me tossed a snowflake eel in a freshwater lake. Hubs showed me the picture last night before they had correctly identified it, I told him 100% saltwater, "I have one, you idiot! I know what it is" I said. Dumb Idahoans are claiming to never swim there again thinking it's infested now. Wow.
