That's a great question im not even sure if its been decided what makes a bounce a bounce yet. And some species get alot more bouncier than the typical shrooms that are considered bounces.
Neptune is called a bounce shroom. Although this particular species of shrooms are naturally bubbly so idk.
Def looks a close cousin to neptune though there are a few different neptunes.
