Dang. I was eager to see that one grow out. Isnt it possible for skin to grow back sometimes? I heard that before on here somewhere that some coral came back after being a skeleton for ages.sorry to say no,take it out ,bummer ,was too far gone to save
do you have any other sps??
how is the monti doing?don't wan't to sound like a help thread but what are your parameters?Dang. I was eager to see that one grow out. Isnt it possible for skin to grow back sometimes? I heard that before on here somewhere that some coral came back after being a skeleton for ages.
And I have a green red polyp encrusting montipora, but that’s it.
The monti seems fine, it looks like normal. There is a tiny tiny tiny bit of white on one of the ridges but I think it was like that before. And I’m not sure I don’t test either... I always looked at corals to tell and did water changeshow is the monti doing?don't wan't to sound like a help thread but what are your parameters?
at least check your salinity, and do a water change, keep eye on monti, with the hard corals you need to know your alk and cal levels if off corals cannot useThe monti seems fine, it looks like normal. My salinity is at 1.024 as normal. And I did a water change Tuesday I believe and I added a gallon yesterday, I figured RTN was from violent swings in parameters? The ten gallon being honest I hadn’t done a water change in a while... since I did a water change and stuff a few days ago do I still need to do it again or do I give it a rest?at least check your salinity, and do a water change, keep eye on monti, with the hard corals you need to know your alk and cal levels if off corals cannot use
