Some pictures of my chalice that will be the center piece in my new tank. There is a lot more yellow in it but for some reason it doesn't show up in the pictures, I'll keep trying. Its between 1"1 and 12" across.

Somewhat close to the surface

Crap, I meant 11" to 12" ....not 1'11".

Right now its in a 4'X2' tank while my 190 is being put together. I'll try to get a FTS up tonight.

How long have you had it?? Its very nice!! Hopefully you'll be able to get the true color!!! (I think it looks nice how the pic shows now)

Beautiful piece! That must have cost a pretty penny...

Sweet centerpiece.....I'm sure that will look great in your tank.

cheers,
Darren

Here are two pictures but the day lights had already gone out.

The biggest chalice is in the upper part of the picture and if you notice there is a second one towards the bottom, about 1.5 to 2" smaller but still a monster. There is a third one as well under the frag rack about 6" to 7" across but you can't really see it in this picture. Oh and don't worry, the hammer coral is MUCH further away than it looks in the picture.

In this picture you can get an idea of the size. The overflow in the back is 15" wide. You can also see the third chalice, the smaller one, in right side of the tank.

Lol you know your centerpiece doesn't have to go in the center right?
J/k Beautiful piece, looks like a bubble gum monster colony!

Hahah, yeah. This tank is just a holding tank that I'm putting everything in while I'm putting my display tank together. Once the display is up 90% of what's in here is coming out.
