They're already eating too. One even ate nori...weird thing
 
Aha! That's what I thought, I saw an adorable scorp at a LFS a few weeks ago that looked exactly like yours. I'm fairly certain it was S. brasiliensis. He was listed at $25 I think? I wanted so bad to then and there switch over to a predator tank.
 
They won't eat much. They cap at around 8" I believe. Keep fish at least 4" inches and you should be good
