My new sebae anemone

so i got this sebae anemone on thursday for just 10 bucks because my LFS was having a sail and my clownfish both love it. the first picture is a picture from thursday the second one is from today. the anemone is already double the size it was on thursday.

Mine has gotten huge!! He's at least 12 inches and we purchased him in June.. He was about the size of yours

Are yours the white ones? I have head they ae so hard to keep and only live for 6-8 months. What are your thoughts and how do you care for yours?

Your anemone is a H. malu. They stay relatively small (max out at about 9-10 inches), need/live in the sand bed. They do need bright light, but not too much circulation. He is a little bleach right now but a healthy Malu should burrow into the sand and attach to the bottom or to a rock under the sand. Goodluck with him.
The bands on the tentacles are possitive ID characteristic for H. malu.
