My ongoing battle with algae

Hello reefers!

I am pulling my hair out with this hair algae (pun intended). I have tried everything under the sun, including removing all whites that mimic the sun (haha), but cannot seem to get it to permenantly go away. I have tried manually removing it, carbon dosing, lighting adjustments, adding flow, and clean up crew. I have a tang and a foxface rabbit fish in the tank, which I have read they should be pretty great at removing. Im attaching some photos and videos of my current setup. My parameters are below. Any advice? I had accepted it for a while, but as I recently added in some corals and noticed the feeding/defense tendrils on my candy cane are coming out as the algae encroaches upon it.

Waterbox 90 gallon (60g tank/30g sump)
Tank age - 9 months old.
Temp- 77.2f
SG- 1.027 (had an issue this last week and am slowly getting this back down. it usually sits at 1.024-1.025)
Alkalinity- 10.1
PH- 8
Nitrates- 10ppm
Phosphate- .06ppm
Calc- 450
Mag- 1435
All parameters measured with Hannah meters

I have been dealing with this for months. There hasnt been a significant change in any way. My tank is pretty stable. I am running a protein skimmer Octo 110int and Icecap UV Clarifier.

I only dose Brightwell Reef A/B for calc as needed. Haven't had to dose anything for a while. I was doing a daily All-for-reef, but haven't in a while because my parameters have been stable.

On a positive note, my snails all have mullets. Which is pretty awesome.

I just got done with this battle. I used a combination of methods.

Limited my lights from 11 hours down to 9 hours.
Cut down on the amount of food I was feeding.
I added a turbo snail, and some hermit crabs.
Finally I added FluxRX.

It took about 2 weeks after I started using FluxRX to get rid of it.
