my platinum white clowns has certain dots on his body

hi all, i recently bought this pair of designer clowns yesterday, both platinun white or wyoming whites. they've been swimming pretty hard around my tank, not eating. one of the clowns also has these spots on his body that wasnt there when i bought it ytd

is this due to stress, will the spots turn back to white after they recover?

any help with be appreciated thanks

Sorry, I couldn’t see the spots.
They do seem really agitated, hopefully they’ll settle down tomorrow.
