Looking on my phone screen but appears to be cryptocaryon which is marine ich with mucus spores in the pic
My treatment choice for this would be TTM but you can go with copper power in a quarantine tank

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

The pictures are not really clear, but the fish seems to have marine ich as well as black spot disease. The marine ich is the one that needs to be taken care of first. This species very often develops this disease, but other fish in the tank can catch it as well. Treatment is impossible if there any invertebrates in the tank. If there are, can you move the fish to a treatment tank? If not, your options are very limited.

The two best treatments for this is coppersafe for 30 days (unsure if you can get that medication where you live) or hyposalinity. Here is some information about that:

Then, once the ich has been taken care of, if the black spots remain, you will need to treat the fish with praziquantel.
