My Rainbow shark is not looking that great

I know this is a saltwater fish forum but could someone possibly diagnose what my rainbow shark has

Really could it be ich when my fish had ich befor they never got weird white patches

It is with white lights on I thought it was fungus so I put this medication in that made the tank green

Looks to be bacterial, try treating with kanamycin.

IME melafix is not an effective treatment. I would treat with a combo of Ich-X (malachite green and formalin) and Furan-2 (nitrofurazone)

I can’t find furan 2 anywhere online or in stores

Tetra fungus guard has the same active ingredient, but if you can’t find that e.m. erythromycin or maracyn are also good broad spectrum antibiotics
