So I lost a majority of coral in my tank a couple months back and decided what better time than to try a RBTA in my 30g nano 150W 20k radium lighting. I picked up a healthy looking one at my LFS and after about two or three weeks it finally stopped moving around and I have so far made some interesting observations. My prior research told me I wanted to feed my anemone a chunk of food and if it accepted it that was a good sign, so twice a week (after it made a big move) I would give it a piece of food. Once it settled I continued for the next month to feed it twice a week and noticed it would grow long and stretchy tentacles towards the light. So I decided to stop feeding it for two weeks and as I thought it might the bubble started to return, as other research told me was this would make its main nutrition be the light source again. Its definitely observations that have already been posted probably but it was cool to actually see it

Attached are pics where I think you can definitely see the bubbles returning
