Need some help with an injured clown fish

My six line wrasse decided to start attacking my clownfish. They were both injured, one more so than the other so I put them in an acclimation box. The one that was more injured was always on its side. Its been a c couple weeks and one looks fully healthy, but the other is still swimming on its side and losing colour. It jumped out of the acclimation box and I dint think its strong enough to swim with the flow in the tank.

Any tips for this or is it a goner?

Please post a you tube version video as this one does not play. 6 Lines can inflict damage and may need to be isolated allowing clown to heal

I think he's able to eat. He tries when I put there food closer to is mouth.

Are you 100% certain that the other clown isn’t picking on this one in the acclimation chamber? They won’t fight while you are watching them, but the affected clown looks like it is shying away from the other one. Putting a phone to video them and then leaving the room might tell you if that is the issue.
