My phosphate reads .25; PH 8.0; Amonia 0 ppm; Nitrite 0 ppm; Nitrate 5.0 ppm; magnesium 1440; calcium 500 and alkalinity 8.9.

Are these good for LPS and SPS corals?

Phosphates at 0.25 ppm are way to high. Try to reduce them to 0.03 ppm - 0.05 ppm

Magnesium bit high, but still acceptable in my optinion. Best would be around 1300 ppm. Calcium is high, try to lower it to 425 ppm (or not to add any more)

Nitrite is perfect!

Nitrate looks good to me as well as pH and alkalinity.

Those are fine
Phosphate is a little high for sps, generally under 0.15ppm is best sps, higher levels usaully mean slower growth and less color in sps.
Calcium is a bit high but it will come down naturally as corals use it.
Magnesium is good, wouldn't worry about it unless its over 1700ppm.

Those levels are great. Target the po4 between 0.1 and 0.3 ppm

Levels look ok, personally I keep po4 lower and no3 unreadable on hobby test kits. Regardless, hobby testing is a very small and almost insignificant part of keep corals. Ammonia and nitrite are irrelevant and magnesium is only marginally important. More importantly is how your tank is set up and maintained. There is a huge amount of noise online regarding nutrients and hobby testing. I would be more concerned with light, flow, filtration, dead spot areas that can collect detritus, dosing Alk and calcium, live stock, how long tank has been set up, type of rock and how much, and planned maintenance routine?

Thanks for the information, my tank has been set up for 2 1/2 years now. Do 10% water changes every two week with carbon/gfo change once a month.

Tank looks great, might have a hard time finding space for SPS. They generally don’t do well when competing for space against anemones.

Oh boy I was obsessed with bubbletip anemones now I know if need to reduce them in my tank but leary 9n how to detach them from the rocks😕
