Hello everyone,

After several small tanks, I decided to go with SCA 150g Euro brace. Everything slowly coming together nicely

SCA 150g
Custom Stand/Canopy
3 Radion G4s

Triggered 39 Emerald Sump
M1 Return
Reef Oct 120 Elite
2 MP QDs
APEX
Triggered 10g ATO/Tunze 3155

I had two structure scape, but I will move them further apart and I will add another island to cover up the overflow. Any feedback in greatly appreciated.

So I recently added another piece of rock in the center, which makes the tank looks a bit fuller. That center piece has been in cycled for about six weeks before I added to my DT. Though, I am currently experiencing small NH3 spike. I also changed the setting and increased to 50% intensity from 20 on my Radions. Came home the next day found my RBTA split.

Current Fish.
1 Purple Tang
4 Clowns maybe 12 weeks old (Same parents, my avatar)
2 Fire Shrimps
Under Quarantine:
Yellow Tang (same size or slightly larger than current purple tang)
Copper Band
Blue powder

Thank for everyone.

The tank is only up about five months, I haven't done anything much to it. Other than my RBTA splits and several times. Though, all four of my clowns are fighting for the biggest one.

I also recently added Orange shoulder and Blue Powder tang. I am also battling GA and I have them under control.

I'll update some images later today.

The tank looks very nice, how are you getting on with the bare bottom with no sand ?

Thank you for for the kind words.

I've been in the hobby for sometimes now and tried different methods. I like the clean look of bare bottom. Beside, I like my Zoas and Acans to grow on the bottom glass.

GA and red slime. Getting them under control with gfo and water change. Fingers crossed.

After unloaded some of unused equipments. I finally have enough funds and purchased a new Vertex Cal Rex. I hope I can get it up within couple weeks.

Some nice colors. Don’t laugh but my favorite was the cardinal in the corner. I love them. Most underrated fish in my opinion.

keep us updated. Vertex makes some nice stuff

My most current DYI water station to ease the pain of lifting buckets. Very happy with the The pump that pushes water about 7' high and 30' distance.

Time for another update.

I've been battling with phosphate and GHA. Though. I have it under control and GHA is fading from the tank.

I recently, changed my return to 1" from 3/4. I have to said, I have an instant boost in circulation. I opened my drain pipe to about 80% vs about 40%. With the stronger pump, I added a small manifold for my CalRex.

My other update is the lighting system. I sold all my ecotech g4 and switched back to MH. I am very happy with it. I can see my corals are happier and start growing after two weeks.

I also switched out my ecotech Mp40 with two Nero 5s. I have to agree and happy the nero that gave me wider flow. I also got away from the bulky magnet hanging outside the tank.
